Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account informationAnswer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requestsCommunicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are readyMitigate customer complaints as neededGreet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card informationQualifications: Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situationsHas previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsPossesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skillsHigh school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferredAbout CompanyBegan as a small company with a single hotel and one man’s vision to create a luxury experience accessible to everyone.
