Workday Business AnalystDuration: 02 months and then should be renewed for 12 months once their 2025 budget has been approved here in the near future.Location: Minneapolis, Charlotte, Phoenix, Dallas or remote for the right personWhy is this open:They are getting some new product lines coming up and they need a solid analyst to work with the product owner and the developers since the developers are the only ones doing the development.Day-to-Day:This person needs to work with the product owner who is a very confident lady that will not be afraid to tell you like it is.This person needs to be confident and have thick skin and can let things roll off their back.They need to be able to navigate the information in Agile model taking the requirement form the business team and put the stories together for the tech team.Must Haves (and how they are used:WorkdayConfiguration experience.Very good communicator with the business and IT counterparts.Need to be able to solve problems independently and work on their own in a team environment.She does not want a PM that says they do BA work, she does not like that mix for this type of BA role.Plusses:Workday Extend
