About the role
- Complete repossession assignment checklists prior to vehicle assignment to ensure readiness and compliance.
- Process impound checklists and coordinate with the Collateral Management team to determine appropriate repossession actions.
- Update the DFC loan management system with accurate and complete recovery information to maintain data integrity.
- Review and process required repossession notices and letters for customer notification in a timely manner.
- Conduct customer SCRA searches throughout the recovery and remarketing process to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Review, save, and upload documentation from third-party systems into the DFC loan management system for audit readiness.
- Process service contract cancellations accurately to ensure proper account adjustments.
- Complete weekly and monthly reporting related to repossessed vehicles to support management oversight
