Partner – UHNW - Business Management & Entertainment Long Island, NY | $275K–$350KEntertainment clients | Established team | Partner-level ownershipA growing accounting firm is looking for an experienced Partner / Principal to lead and grow an established Business Management and Entertainment practice. This is a senior client-facing role for someone who understands the entertainment market, enjoys developing relationships and has a proven track record of winning and growing business. The existing team will remain in place, with an expected 2–3 year transition period, giving the incoming Partner time to build relationships and take full ownership of the client base.
The opportunity: Lead an established Business Management / Entertainment practice Take ownership of senior client relationships Work with entertainers, creatives and related businesses Lead and develop an existing team Grow the existing client base Originate new business and revenue Work alongside existing leadership during a 2–3 year transition Have significant influence over the future growth of the practice What they’re looking for Existing Partner, Principal or senior Director Strong Business Management / Entertainment industry experience Established client relationships within the sector Proven business development and origination Evidence of revenue or a book personally developed Strong commercial and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial approachCPA / relevant accounting qualification preferred$275K–$350K depending on experience.
