Rent the Runway is seeking a Senior Manager of Growth Marketing – Organic Growth & Discovery to lead SEO, AEO, ASO and referral programs, driving high-intent traffic and revenue across our platforms. You'll own on-page, technical SEO, optimize for AI-powered search, manage app store ranking, and scale referral initiatives with data-driven experimentation and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering and Marketing.
