Porter / GroundskeeperWe have a Porter/Groundskeeper position at our Management Support property with [304] apartment units.Las Colinas at Black Canyon34000 N. 27th DrPhoenix, AZ 85085Our hourly pay rate is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. The full-time work schedule is 40 hours per week.Qualifications:Lift and carry 30 lb up stairsGrounds care. Pick-up trashWork under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment ManagerBilingual (any language) a plusUnderstand company policiesPayroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
