The Music Director’s mission is to strengthen UUCF’s community through the spiritual practice of making music, by offering to the congregation of all ages the gift of music as a profound way to connect with humanity.
General Description: The Music Director supports our UUCF mission by coordinating and leading worshipful music that engages and inspires the congregation so that they can grow spiritually. The role ensures that musicians develop a community with each other and are given the opportunity to use their gifts to serve the congregation. The Music Director is considered an integral and participating member of the UUCF congregation staff, where the Music Director’s input and participation is welcomed and encouraged in meeting the objectives of the congregation’s ministry.
