As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll help ensure important documentation is entered accurately and efficiently while supporting regulatory compliance and daily receiving operations.
Key Job Responsibilities: Review incoming manifest paperwork for accuracy and completeness. Enter manifest data into the computerized information management system. Verify DOT descriptions, RCRA hazardous waste codes, and related documentation. Work with the Customer Service team to resolve data discrepancies and missing information. Upload and process manifest documentation to support truck releases. Distribute manifest copies and maintain organized records. Other duties as assigned. Do you have what it takes? High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Previous experience with high-volume or large-scale data entry. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Basic math skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to read, understand, and apply SOPs, operational procedures, and training materials. Knowledge of DOT regulations and documentation requirements preferred. Ability to work on-site and maintain the assigned schedule. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
