Start Pay Rate: $28.50 Per Hour BOE Includes $1.50 Attendance Bonus ($27.00 Base + $1.50 Attendance Bonus) + Shift Differential Paid every Friday.

Shift Differential: 2nd Shift (02:00 PM 10:00 PM): +$1.50 Per Hour 3rd Shift (10:00 PM 06:00 AM): +$2.00 Per Hour Referral Bonus Program Available
Job Summary: The Process Technician / Shift Supervisor is responsible for troubleshooting production equipment, setting up and changing over blow molding and injection molding machines, and ensuring stable, defect-free production. This role builds initial samples for production start-ups, maintains tooling, supports equipment troubleshooting, and assists with training production personnel. The Process Technician also serves as a technical leader and participates in the Manager on Call rotation for night shift operations.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and control blow molding and injection molding machines to maintain consistent production. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime. Perform production changeovers and set production lines for defect-free parts while meeting planned cycle times. Build initial samples for tooling setups and verify they meet customer requirements. Complete quality and production documentation accurately. Maintain production tooling through cleaning and service. Initiate work orders for maintenance of production machines, equipment, and tooling. Ensure machinery operates within specified parameters. Assist with training production personnel on machine operation and troubleshooting. Support Maintenance with machine and equipment diagnostics. Supervise production operations and equipment as needed. Participate in the Manager on Call rotation for night shift operations. Follow all company safety, quality, personnel, and environmental policies. Champion safety and maintain compliance with quality requirements. Additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Process Technician or production setup role. Strong knowledge of plastics and injection molding operations. Experience performing production changeovers and optimizing machine settings. Experience building initial samples and setting up production lines. Strong troubleshooting skills related to production equipment and processes. Experience with plastic injection molding operations. Knowledge of production, tooling, maintenance, and storage procedures. Ability to read and interpret production specifications, prints, drawings, and quality forms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Computer skills for documentation and reporting. Ability to supervise production operations and equipment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to stand, crouch, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs. Availability for Manager on Call rotation and extended hours when needed. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Italian is a plus. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations is preferred.
