We are looking for an experienced5G Device & Protocol Engineerwith strong hands-on expertise inLTE/5G NR performance analysis, VoNR/IMS call flows, protocol-level troubleshooting, KPI automation, and live-network validation .Key Responsibilities Analyze5G NR/LTE network performanceand perform root-cause analysis (RCA).
Troubleshoot VoNR, VoWiFi, IMS, and SIP call flows.
Perform protocol-level debugging acrossRRC, NAS, SIP, IMS, PDCP, RLC, and HARQ.
Analyze KPIs includingDL/UL throughput, latency, jitter, packet loss, BLER, and MCS.
Perform log and trace analysis usingQXDM, QCAT, Wireshark/PCAP, XCAL/XCAP, or similar tools.
Validate performance inlive networks and field environments.
DevelopKPI reporting and automationusing Python, SQL, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
Identify network performance issues and provide recommendations for optimization.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of5G NR/LTE architecture and protocol stack.
Hands-on experience with VoNR, IMS, SIP, and end-to-end call-flow troubleshooting.
Strong experience inprotocol debugging, KPI analysis, and network RCA. xsgimln
