About the role
We seek a pragmatic legal leader to partner with marketing, customer care, and technology teams.
You will own IP, privacy, consumer protection, promotions, and commercial contracts while shaping legal infrastructure.
What You'll Be Doing:
Review marketing content and advise on subscription commerce, influencer, FDA, and IP matters.
Lead privacy compliance, support technology and AI governance, and negotiate commercial contracts.
What We Are Looking For:
J.D., active bar membership, and 10+ years of legal experience preferred.
Deep expertise in consumer protection, marketing regulations, subscription commerce, intellectual property, and privacy.
Strong business judgment and communication skills for a fast-paced remote environment.
