The position calls for the supervision of staff, working closely with subcontractors and making sure that our projects are delivered on time. The Construction Superintendent will also allocate and monitor project budgets. **Must have experience working on large projects (at least $50M -$100M or higher).** Examples - Hospitality, Data Centers, Stadiums, Large Commercial Projects. Responsibilities/Duties:Manage a team of workers, including their work schedules and resource allocationMonitor project progress and ensure that work is done on scheduleCreate cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costsCollaborate with clients, project managers and others to determine timeline and budgetCoordinate delivery of materials and equipment with vendors and suppliersSchedule construction crew and subcontractorsHire additional subcontractors and assign work as neededMaintain a construction daily log for the job site's operationsReport to management as necessaryChange operations when needed to meet deadlinesImplement cost-effective management techniquesMeet with clients, vendors, subcontractors, inspectors and staff on siteRequirements/Qualifications:At least 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.Experience working on Commercial Projects of at least $50M-$100M in size.Must have experience with Concrete and SteelExcellent communication abilities, both oral and written, plus active listenerKnowledge of construction budgeting best practicesStrong planning skills, including design execution, resource allocation and contingenciesUnderstanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and maintenanceComprehends local, state and federal construction regulationsOrganizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization and multitaskingJobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
