About the role
To enhance client operational efficiency and revenue performance, the full-time remote Agency Success Manager will oversee the post-sale client lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, account expansion, and strategic recommendations based on performance data.
Key Responsibilities
Lead high-impact onboarding sessions to ensure operational readiness for agents
Conduct regular performance reviews to identify and address marketing and process problems
Drive Net Revenue Retention by upselling clients and proactively managing churn risks
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Strategic Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management (preferably in SaaS, AdTech, InsureTech, or Marketing Services)
Proven track record of retention and growth in a book of business
Strong understanding of sales funnels and operational processes
Ability to provide constructive feedback with radical candor
Familiarity with CRMs and lead distribution logic is preferred
