Job Title: Real Estate Investment Analyst / Associate or Manager (depending on experience)
Location: Boca Raton, FL - Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Salary: $110k - $150k base, depending on experience, plus bonus, and possible carried interest in time. The company doesn't currently offer health insurance, but a monthly stipend will be provided to help offset that expense. We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Real Estate Investment Analyst/Manager to join a growing investment platform in Boca Raton, FL.This position will play an active role throughout the investment lifecycle, including sourcing opportunities, underwriting and financial analysis, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio management. The role will have exposure to real estate equity, private credit, structured and hybrid investments, with an emphasis on real estate bridge lending and multifamily investments. This is an excellent opportunity for an investment professional who enjoys working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment and wants to help build and grow a lower and middle-market alternative investment platform.
Responsibilities: Evaluate potential real estate and private market investment opportunities through financial analysis, underwriting, and modeling. Assist with the structuring and execution of real estate bridge loans, multifamily equity investments, and other transactions. Coordinate transaction due diligence, including review of financial statements, valuations, credit analysis, third-party reports, and supporting documentation. Develop financial models to evaluate investment returns, credit risk, downside scenarios, and transaction economics. Prepare investment recommendations, presentations, and supporting materials for Investment Committee review. Work alongside internal and external parties throughout the closing and execution process. Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, lenders, brokers, advisors, syndicators, and other deal sources. Support the ongoing management of existing investments, including financial performance monitoring, valuations, portfolio reviews, and investor reporting. Identify potential new investment opportunities and contribute to the development of new investment strategies and products. Qualifications2–7 years of relevant experience in real estate investing, private credit, private equity, investment banking, or a related field. Will consider an Analyst, Associate or Manager level. Strong financial modeling, underwriting, valuation, and analytical capabilities. Solid understanding of real estate finance, credit fundamentals, and investment risk. Excellent quantitative skills with strong attention to detail. Experience evaluating and executing real estate debt and/or equity transactions preferred. Existing relationships within the real estate investment community, including sponsors, brokers, syndicators, or other deal sources, are a plus.
