Pay Rate: $20.95/hour
Location: Onsite at Everett, WA 98203
Schedule: Sunday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Monday–Wednesday and Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PMDays Off: Thursday and Saturday
Job Summary: Support a high-volume, automated central fill pharmacy through packing, sorting, and shipping prescriptions. This fast-paced, team-oriented role involves no patient interaction, phone calls, or insurance processing.
Job Responsibilities: Process prescription orders and pack accompanying paperwork for shipping. Sort orders by store location and place them in shipping totes. Assist with receiving, shipping, and loading products onto trucks. Maintain accurate, consistent workflow to meet daily production goals. Follow safety procedures, pharmacy SOPs, and patient privacy requirements. Identify operational issues and escalate them to management.
Job Requirements: Washington State Department of Health Pharmacy Assistant credential required; candidates may apply after receiving a job offer. Ability to lift and carry 20–25 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for most of an eight-hour shift. Ability to bend, twist, reach, and grasp while performing repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team.
