About the role
- Run in-home replacement consultations: assess the home, size the system, and present good/better/best options (Rheem and DuraStar lineup)
- Build trust fast and close on the first visit when it's the right fit for the homeowner
- Present financing confidently (Wisetack, GreenSky, Optimus)
- Write clean, accurate proposals using our pricing tools
- Stay in front of customers while our admin team handles CRM updates and follow-up tracking
- Help shape how we sell as we grow, with a real path to leading the sales team
- What you need
- Proven track record: 2+ years of residential HVAC replacement sales ($1M+ annual production preferred)
- Strong closing performance, ideally 45%+ on run appointments
- Ability to verify sales performance during the interview process
- Solid working knowledge of load sizing, SEER2/AFUE, heat pumps, and IAQ add-ons
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
