- Warmly Greet Guests as they arrive, with a smile and personalized welcome.
- Locate Appointments in the Xtime system and verify the Guest is part of the Preferred Owner Program.
- Inspect and Document Vehicles using an iPad and the 360 camera system, identifying any pre-existing damage and taking high-quality photos.
- Apply Service Tags inside the vehicle and attach the key tag properly.
- Obtain Guest Acknowledgment on the Service Tag or Service Agreement.
- Secure Vehicle Keys by placing them in the designated cup holder location.
- Direct Guests courteously to the Fletcher Jones Guest Services for their continued experience.
- Ensure the check-in process runs smoothly, promptly, and professionally.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow dealership procedures and applicable Cal/OSHA safety guidelines while working in active service areas
- Perform other job-related duties consistent with the Preferred Car Wash Greeter role, as assigned by management
- Driving Assignments OnlyValid California driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely operate automatic vehicles (manual transmission preferred but not required)
- Driving duties are assigned based on role level and operational needs

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motions associated with vehicle movement and lot duties
