We build systems that understand context, assess consequences, and make risk-based decisions. Humans are involved only when escalation is required.Our initial focus is Exposure and Vulnerability Management as a decision system, not a scanning or reporting tool.About the RoleThis is a founding commercial role for the United States market.As Founding Account Executive, you will own early revenue in the US and help design how CYBRET AI sells, positions, and scales. You will work directly with the founder and engineering leadership to turn early product traction into a repeatable go-to-market motion.This role is far beyond traditional quota carrying. You will sell, but you will also build the foundation for future sales channels, messaging, pricing, and team structure.ResponsibilitiesRevenue & CustomersOwn the full sales cycle from first conversation to closeSell a complex, technical cybersecurity product to security, engineering, and executive buyersBuild deep relationships with early customers and design partnersAct as the voice of the customer internally and influence product directionGo-to-Market & Sales FoundationsDefine and document CYBRET AI's US sales motion, qualification framework, and messagingHelp shape pricing, packaging, and commercial structureDevelop early outbound, inbound, and founder-led sales playbooksPosition CYBRET AI clearly against incumbents and emerging competitorsMarket DevelopmentEstablish CYBRET AI's presence and credibility in the US marketIdentify high-leverage customer segments across startups, scaleups, and enterprisesSupport partnerships, pilots, and lighthouse customer dealsTeam BuildingHire and mentor future Account Executives and sales rolesHelp define compensation models, incentives, and performance metricsSet the standard for sales culture, rigor, and professionalismWhat We're Looking ForProven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in cybersecurity, cloud, or developer-focused productsStrong track record selling complex, technical products in the US marketComfortable working without existing structure, playbooks, or brand recognitionAbility to work closely with technical founders and security engineersStrong ownership mindset and ambition to grow into a Head of Sales or VP Sales roleExperience in cybersecurity is a strong bonus, but not a requirement if you can learn fast and sell with credibility.How We WorkCYBRET AI is remote-first with a strong execution culture.We value ownership, clarity, and outcomes over process for its own sake.Early sales hires are expected to build, test, and iterate quickly.This is an early-stage company.
