About the role

Elevance Health is seeking a Senior Business Improvement Consultant to lead diverse improvement initiatives and coach teams across the enterprise. You will partner with regional process improvement efforts to align initiatives, measure outcomes, and drive sustained gains. The role requires a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent, an engineering degree, and at least 5 years of related experience. It is a hybrid role with 1–2 in-office days weekly and occasional travel.
