Responsibilities: In this role the Clinical Social Worker responsibilities are to facilitate care of patients and families by providing them with a comprehensive continuous plan of care.

Qualifications
Education
Required: Master's Degree in Social Work from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
Experience
Required: Three to five years' recent clinical experience (applicable to designated population preferred).
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Required: LCSW, active Florida professional licensure as a social worker.
