The ideal candidate will have 12-18+ years of operating experience, with a focus on post-acquisition integration and a proven track record of consolidating teams, workflows, and systems into a more scalable operating model. Technical fluency is essential for driving system evaluation and implementation, and the role demands strong written communication skills and the discipline to document processes as the company scales. The VP of Platform Operations will have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, drive business efficiency, and potentially progress to a COO role as the company expands.
