Brightline is seeking a Full Stack Ruby on Rails Principal Software Engineer to steer technical direction and deepen expertise in healthcare workflows while elevating the engineering team. We favor straightforward solutions with a simple stack (Ruby on Rails, Turbo, Tailwind, ViewComponent, Stimulus, and optional React/TypeScript). You will drive architecture, mentor teammates, and partner with product/design to deliver high-quality, scalable systems that impact pediatric mental health care.
