The Client Coordinator is responsible for driving business growth and revenue generation for new and existing clients through strategic business development and sales initiatives. This role is focused on proactive outreach to establish and strengthen relationships with potential and current clients. This position schedules and attends meetings with client stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and participates in discussions to support ongoing business developments.A Glimpse Into Your Day:Independently schedule and attend client meetingsGenerate new leads and business for new and existing clientsMeet and exceed defined metrics and targets, focusing on lead outreach, business development, and successful lead generationContinually explore new opportunities with clients to increase revenueEffectively gather and manage information regarding client needs, pain points, and expectationsTrack and monitor client metrics to determine creative ways to improve processes for successSeek out prospective business opportunities with new and existing clientsUtilize direct manager contacts to coordinate meetings for hiring managers to engage with account executivesFoster strong relationships with key stakeholders within existing accounts to understand their evolving needsAct as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service deliveryCollaborate closely with the client services team to identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accountsAssist with candidate phone and/or video screenings, interview prep and debrief, as well as coaching of candidatesReview and qualify candidate resumes based on qualifications gained during client intake callsCreate interview packets, review interview schedules, and request interview feedbackAssist with scheduling and note-taking for supplier callsFacilitate negotiations of pay and margins based on candidates and clients expectationsFollow standard operating procedures for clients and update internal/HRIS systems accordinglyCoordinate with the Onboarding Team to provide background check updates to candidates while contributing to strong and consistent candidate engagementPerform other duties assignedWho You Are:High School Diploma/GEDExperience in recruitment and/or sales, including proactive outreach such as cold-calling and business developmentStrong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsOutgoing and energetic, with a talent for building strong relationships and engaging effectively with othersSelf-motivated and results-driven, taking initiative to accomplish tasks independentlyPreferred Requirements:Bachelor's degreePhysical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer in close range (75-90% of time spent on computer and phone)Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionallyTravel Requirements:Ability to travel up to 10% of the timeExclusive Benefits:A strong cultural environment, recognized by Inc.
