About the role

Thrive Communities is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multi-site property operations in the Portland metro area. You will drive NOI, revenue strategies, and expense management while maintaining exceptional resident service. Requires 3–5 years in regional management of multi-family properties, plus 5+ years in leadership roles. Proficiency in Yardi, On-site, and MS Office is essential; broker’s license or eligibility within 6 months is required.
