About the role
We are currently looking for a Global FP&A Financial Analyst to support our operations and corporate functions. The individual will assist Finance in FP&A (Financial, Planning & Analysis) for the US and Global division.

Responsibilities
Provide financial insight to the Global COO relating the Operations cost base, preparing monthly financial commentaries
Review and prepare financial commentaries relating to the US and Global Corporate functions (Finance, IT, HR etc.)
Calculate and report operational business KPI’s (freight, Inventory, DII etc.)
Prepare the annual plan and monthly forecasts for North America operations and also Corporate functions located in the US
Prepare and explain the 5 year strategic plan for global operations and corporate functions
Support the VP of Global FP&A and FP&A teams internationally with the continuous development of standard global planning, forecast templates and management reporting
During the integration with our new partner explain the reporting suite available to the business via Tableau and OneStream
Adhoc requests as required which will be very “hands on”; gathering data from regions or role holder preparing analysis and proactively driving business performance
Requirements
CPA, CMA or GCMA Qualified
Bachelors degree in Finance or Business disciplines, preferably Accounting or Finance related subjects
3-5 years of experience in financial and business analysis, with proven ability to dissect business issues, present data in a simple and compelling way, and present to higher level management
International business experience preferred
Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, Visual Basic, Access and Business Object preferred
Advanced knowledge of business concepts and tools (NPV, ROI, Break-even, cost-benchmarking, pricing, sensitivity analysis, etc.)
Advanced understanding of common financial reports and financial metrics (Income statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet)
Experience with Oracle or similar ERP software preferred
Highly motivated, self-directed, flexible team player with demonstrated ability to thrive in a business-critical high stress environment
Ability to work collaboratively with management level and executive personnel
Self motivated, organized and goal oriented with a keen attention to detail
Solid communication skills; ability to develop a method for presenting information in a simple yet impactful way
