About the role

360 Recruitment Consultant – NYC📍 Midtown Manhattan🏢 4–5 days onsite💰 $75K–$110K base + commission + bonusI’m partnering with a few well-known recruitment firms in New York City that are looking to hire 360 agency recruiters with 1-5 years of experience. Your current specialization can be anything. Tech, A&F, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Legal, HR, Engineering, Industrial, or another market. What matters most is that you come from an agency recruitment background and enjoy both the sales and recruitment sides of the desk. You’ll have the opportunity to: Build and grow your own client book Win new business and manage client relationships Own the recruitment process from candidate generation through offer and start Build a specialist market and develop long-term relationships on both sides Take full ownership (and compensation!!) of your desk Clear progression path You’d be joining established recruitment brands with good infrastructure, leadership, and market presence, while having the autonomy to build something of your own. Agency recruiters only - internal TA profiles will not be considered. If you’re doing well where you are but feel you could be earning more in commission, getting more ownership over your desk, and growing your own network, I'd love to speak with you. Message me here on LinkedIn or reach me at 832-789-6810 for a confidential conversation.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
