Along with the Blackstone Alumni Team and the Director of Blackstone Alumni, you will help run a robust, worldwide alumni network with intentionality. You will provide high-level administrative and operational support, manage sensitive communications, and help execute strategic initiatives that grow and strengthen the alumni community.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle confidential information with professionalism, supporting the trusted internal rhythm of the Blackstone Alumni Team.Own scheduling, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-ups to ensure seamless team operations.Support network growth through data entry, reporting, communication, and engagement with Blackstone Fellows being commissioned as ADF Allied Attorneys.Acknowledge milestones thoughtfully and help build strategic connections across regions, firms, and affinity groups.Provide operational support by managing office logistics, including document prep, mailings, file organization, and presentation materials, to keep the team running smoothly.Assist with purchase orders, reporting, special projects, and events that contribute to the team's effectiveness and mission.Minimum Qualifications3+ years of administrative experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OutlookStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communicationPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degreePay & BenefitsAt Alliance Defending Freedom, we offer a competitive compensation and benefits package to support your well-being and growth.
