Hours: 1sdt Shift 8:00am - 4:00pm 2nd Shift 4:00pm - 12:00am 3rd Shift 12am to 8am Must be able to train on 1st Shift

You'll work hands-on with modern equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production goals are met while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machines to manufacture plastic cables Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve production issues to minimize downtime Accurately follow production schedules and job specifications Maintain quality standards by inspecting products and ensuring adherence to guidelines Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols
