About the role
Quality Services And Support Provide quality services and support for all missions assigned to a manufacturing or warehouse site while ensuring a healthy and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- (to include but not limited to the following):Client Relationship & Business Development
- Act as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria
- OperationsCheck/inspect manufactured parts or products for defects
- Read and follow work instructions and general processes
- Use measuring or testing equipment as needed
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Display excellent customer service
- Must comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies
- Organization & Management
- Collect and record data
- TechnicalUtilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements
- OtherAny other duties as assigned

- Inspection Requirements
- The inspection team shall perform and document the following checks on 100% of product being shipped:1. Visual Inspection
- Verify product is free from visible defects.
- Check for rust, damage, contamination, deformation, surface irregularities, or any condition that would affect fit, form, or function.2. Dimensional VerificationVerify critical dimensions against the latest approved engineering drawing/print.
- Any parts found outside specification shall be segregated and reported immediately to the supplier3. Identification and Label VerificationVerify all labels are accurate and legible.
- Confirm part numbers match customer requirements.
- Verify quantities are correct.4. Skid/Bundle Identification
- Each skid, bundle, or banded unit must be individually identified.
- Labels must include at minimum:
Part Number: QuantityAny required or traceability information - ie: Sales Order, etc...
