Learn more at www.pavion.comPavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our fire business unit.Primary Responsibilities:Supervise all facets of the JFK job including Terminals 1 & 6Scheduling, Liaison between EC and GC, Applicable Change Orders, Percentage of Completion (Revenue Recognition)Perform pre-sales or post-award engineering assessments to provide our sales force with the most cost-effective solution for both material and laborPrepare submittals and permitting documents as well as O&M Manuals and As-Builts upon job completionCommunicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goalsMaking effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the projectServing as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergyManagement and logistical support of multiple ongoing projectsManpower coordination/Sub-contractor managementPermitting and inspection coordination with AHJBasic Qualifications:HS Diploma or GEDMinimum 10 years' experience project management large jobsCustomer service experienceNYCFD S-98Knowledge of NYC FD code requirementsValid Driver License requiredPay Range: The salary range for this position is $100,000–$120,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity.
