About the role
- Active Series 24 (General Securities Principal) license
- Direct experience processing corporate actions (splits, spinoffs, distributions, mergers, tender/exchange offers) at a broker-dealer or clearing firm
- Experience with clearance and settlement operations in a self-clearing or correspondent clearing environment
- Expertise with NSCC/DTC processes, position reconciliation, and asset servicing
- Strong understanding of double-entry booking methodology and reconciliation across custody, trade, and cash ledgers
- Margin financing, trading, or underwriting operations experience a bonus
