About the role

Working remotely on a part-time contract basis, the Weekend Commerce Editor will manage Saturday commerce broadcast segments and assist with the digital refresh of evergreen content for Shop TODAY, focusing on performance data and seasonal trends. Key responsibilities Act as lead editor for Saturday commerce broadcast segments and support digital article production Assign, edit, and refresh multiple gift guides during peak holiday shopping seasons across various lifestyle categories Monitor story performance using analytics and make editorial decisions based on traffic and conversion patterns Required qualifications 2+ years of editing experience, preferably in the lifestyle space Experience utilizing SEO best practices and tools Strong understanding of the digital lifestyle realm, including beauty, fashion, and home Familiarity with a news cycle and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to edit quickly and accurately
