About the role

To lead the centralized Technology Program Management function, the full-time remote VP of Technology Program Management will drive strategic execution, manage a portfolio of technology initiatives, and ensure operational excellence across a high-growth e-commerce platform. Key responsibilitiesDrive annual planning and OKR alignment across the technology organization Lead the centralized PMO function and manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives related to platform modernization and operational excellence Establish and oversee enterprise resource management practices to support effective portfolio execution and capacity planningRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 12+ years of experience in technology leadership, including 5+ years in a PMO role Proven track record supporting executive leaders in high-growth environments Hands-on fluency with delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira and Asana Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and ROI analysis
