About the role
Seeking experienced healthcare leaders, the part-time Member of the Board of Advisors - Medical Device Market Access will provide strategic guidance on growth, market opportunities, and partnerships in a remote capacity while supporting healthcare innovation and entrepreneurship.
Key responsibilities:
Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision
Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, and founder support
Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, including digital health, biotech, and medical devices
Required qualifications:
Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields
Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience
Strong professional network within healthcare and innovation ecosystems
Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups
Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation and advisory activities
