We're looking for the best and brightest to take our company to the next level. Due to growth, it has created a need for a 2nd Shift Packaging Operator position. The shift is 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM, Monday - Friday, with an occasional Saturday (once every other month). Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Set up and adjust machines
  • Performing daily and weekly cleaning according to SOPsMonitor equipment throughout production.
  • Load supplies into machines either by hand or using hoists, replace molds and cutting surfaces, and act as a link in a chain that involves several manufacturing processes and other
and measure finished products and record their activities and manufacturing stages. Acts as the back up to the other Production Operators, Sanitation Technicians and temporary packaging personnel during absences to ensure the integrity of the SQF system. Responsible for adhering food safety, CGMPs, employee safety, quality standards, sanitary practices and customer any food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience & Qualifications: Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills are required. The ability to multi-task, work independently and collaborate with team members across functional groups is desired. High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of one-year experience in production operations, preferably in food and beverage manufacturing. Other duties may change at any time with or without notice.
