About the role

Nordstrom Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Identity Security Operations to own the end-to-end identity safety program. You will lead a multi-site team managing Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint, and BeyondTrust, shaping roadmaps and automation to reduce toil. This hybrid Seattle-based role requires 10+ years in IAM, 7+ years of leadership, and a strong audit/security background. You will partner with Identity Engineering & Build on transitions and governance.
