About this teamThe Program Management Team works closely with our Business Partners and Technology Leadership to manage end to end programs within the Digital space. This team is obsessed with getting rich experiences out to our guests. A day in the life: Works closely with Product Managers, Business Owners, Technology Teams and 3rd Party Vendors to ensure end to end roadmaps are in place for applicable Program. Roadmap will tie to strategic initiatives for the organization and should take into consideration all program level risks and dependencies to inform sequencing. Participating in intake process for Program Responsible for managing holistic budget for program Active participant in Program Management Community of Practice Creating and managing program roadmap Utilizing development team to manage overall execution within program Partnering with technology and business partners to align on program deliverables Working closely with third parties and teams across multiple time zones (Asia, Europe, NA) to enable execution of International Business Initiatives Qualifications: 5+ years of program management experience in eCommerce space 5+ years of project management and/or business analyst experience in eCommerce space Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies Demonstrated experience in managing $2M plus budgets Demonstrated experience translating strategy into feature development roadmaps Demonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keeping the guests need at top of mind Understanding of high-level conceptual architecture within the eCommerce space Must haves: Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.
