Job Title 10+ years of experience as Business analyst with 5+ experience in Medicare and Medicaid programs Business knowledge of modern eligibility programs, including SNAP/TANF, policies, and procedures. Demonstrate extensive experience in SNAP/TANF Act as a liaison between technical and business team. Collaborate with product owners, program leadership and technical resources in problem resolution. Answer questions about program requirements for all team members. Define & document functional and technical specifications for service delivery products. Experience with State-Sponsored Benefits Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) Programs Strong client-interaction skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
