Pittsburgh International Airport is seeking compassionate and dedicated volunteers to support our passengers and help ensure a smooth and stress-free travel experience. As an Airport Ambassador, you'll play an essential role in creating a welcoming and accessible environment for travelers.
Key Responsibilities: Assist passengers with wayfinding and navigating the terminal. Escort first time flyers or passengers with hidden disabilities. Provide translation services via an online interpreter or your own language skills. Participate in airport tours and other special events.

  • Care Crew volunteers are to work an average of 12 hours per month.
