About the role

Earthmover Credit Union seeks a Director of Risk Management & Compliance to protect members, support staff, and ensure strong governance and risk management. You will lead the CMS and implement an ERM framework aligned with ECU's strategic goals, working with senior leaders and the Board to mitigate operational, strategic, and compliance risks. The role requires a senior compliance professional with a strategic mindset, collaboration skills, and a track record of building high-performing teams.
