Ascensus LLC seeks a senior leader to shape and scale the distribution strategy for its investment and wealth solutions within Retirement. The role drives adoption, revenue growth, asset growth, and market penetration across managed accounts, stable value, CITs, participant advice, wealth conversion programs, and future capabilities. This VP will build the distribution model, operating cadence, and sales enablement framework, partnering with IWS, Product, Marketing, and Sales to deliver
