About the role
Owning the end-to-end management of lender relationships and product knowledge, the full-time remote Mortgage Product Development Manager will maintain an internal knowledge base, oversee new lender onboarding, and manage ongoing lender administration and strategy.
Key responsibilities
Maintain and update the internal lender knowledge base to ensure accuracy and accessibility for loan officers
Evaluate and manage the onboarding process for new lender partnerships, including training material development
Administer ongoing lender relationships, including contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and performance reporting
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in mortgage product development, management, underwriting, or capital markets
Proven experience managing investor or lender relationships, with credit union experience as a plus
Strong understanding of loan structuring and underwriting scenarios
Excellent writing skills for creating guides and communications
Technology savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software tools
