About the role
Owner is a remote-first, global company building the system that powers independent restaurants online, from websites to online ordering, CRM and POS. We seek a hands-on BizOps professional to own end-to-end sales commissions in Spiff, ensuring data accuracy, timely payouts, and clear audit trails across multiple plans.
You will partner with Sales, Finance, and the BizOps team to maintain plans, reconcile data, and troubleshoot issues, with a strong emphasis on precision and process reliability.
