About the role

Maine Housing seeks a Director of Finance to lead accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and loan servicing accounting. You will ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence while guiding executive leadership and the Board of Commissioners. You will supervise staff, oversee annual budgets, manage relationships with banks and auditors, and direct all loan servicing-related accounting for single-family and multifamily portfolios. CPA preferred and leadership experience required.
