Key Responsibilities: Engineering & Design Design pumps and components using CAD/CAM software and finite element analysis Create 3D models and technical drawings using AutoCAD / Auto Desk Inventor Support manufacturing and repair operations Field Operations Lead field service crews for installation, repair, and commissioning Conduct onsite troubleshooting and technical support Travel to customer sites for project execution Cross-Functional Work Support sales team with technical specifications Work with application engineers on customer solutions Coordinate with manufacturing and service teams
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)5+ years with centrifugal pumps and rotating equipment AutoCAD / Inventor proficiency (required)Background with centrifugal pumps or compressors Experience with diesel engines and gas turbines preferred Comfortable in manufacturing environments and field work
