Role Description: The Administrative Assistant role is a full-time hybrid position based in Centreville, VA, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files and records. The position involves answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents and presentations, and supporting executive leaders with administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant will assist with client communications, data entry, basic reporting, and logistics for coaching sessions and development programs. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and the ability to support multiple priorities in a professional consulting environment.
Qualifications: Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation. Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, supporting senior leaders with calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential information handling. Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues in person, by phone, and via email. Comfort with basic office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, online scheduling systems).Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating reliability and self-management. Previous experience in a consulting, professional services, or client-facing environment is beneficial. High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
