About the role

To support the development of inclusive speech technology, bilingual Chinese-English speakers will engage in relaxed audio recording conversations remotely, contributing as Freelance Audio Recording Contributors on a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities: Engage in casual English conversations on various topics for audio recordings Record audio in a natural speaking style, reflecting personal accents and speech patterns Manage recording sessions at times that suit individual schedules
Required qualifications: First language must be Mandarin, Cantonese, or another Chinese language Comfortable conversing in English for at least 15 minutes Access to a smartphone or computer with a working microphone Headphones or earphones are required for recording A stable internet connection and a quiet recording environment
