About the role
Loan Operations Processor Provide support to lending staff by processing construction draws and insurance payouts. Responsible for balancing multiple general ledger accounts. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries. Process Construction Draws and FBO Account Draws, collecting W-9 information, 1099 Reporting, producing lien waivers and coordinates with construction inspectors for inspections. Process Insurance Payouts from Escrow Accounts, updates loan files with new insurance and Updates Note Ticklers Monitors and Balance multiple General Ledger Accounts Prepares Payoff Quotes Reviews Transaction Exceptions and Note Exceptions Reviews Coupon Orders Prepares Adverse Actions Loan Monitoring Balance Private Mortgage Insurance (MGIC) Monthly and Send Annual Notices Reviews Appraisals and Certified Market Analyses Prepare Morning Reports Customer Service - Answer Phones and Direct Walk in Customers

Computer knowledge in a Windows environment.
