About the role
Temper is building an agentic integration platform for the real economy. You will own the infrastructure and platform layer end-to-end, working directly with Nick (CTO) to ship durable production-grade systems. You'll lead the domain within a year, shape engineering patterns, and help recruit a dedicated team. This is a true early-stage, in-person role in San Francisco with meaningful equity and top-tier benefits.
