About the role
Enterprise Account Executive, New Business DevelopmentWe're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new client acquisition for our Affiliate Marketing & Influencer Services. This is a new business development role built for someone who thrives on opening doors: sourcing opportunities, building relationships with enterprise decision-makers, and running a deal from first contact through close. This role is built around a team-based selling model. You bring the opportunity in the door, qualify it, and manage the relationship and the process; our strategy and account management teams build the narrative, the strategic recommendation, and lead the pitch delivery. You're the connective tissue between the prospect and our experts, and the role suits driven, relationship-first sellers who want to sell alongside a strong internal team rather than carry the full strategic load alone.Top 5 Job Responsibilities:Proactively source and build your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry relationships, and strategic networking, in addition to working inbound leads. You are a hunter first, and pipeline generation is the core measure of this role.Own large, complex deals ($500K+ annual contract value) from first contact through close, managing the timeline and multiple decision-makers across marketing, ecommerce, finance, and executive leadership.Ask the right questions to understand each prospect's business, priorities, and buying process well enough to qualify the opportunity and brief our strategy team.Bring in our strategy and account management teams at the right points in the sales cycle to build and deliver the narrative, the strategic recommendation, and the RFP response. Your job is to set the stage, make introductions, prep the room, and coordinate the team so the pitch lands.Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting, and stay current on the Affiliate & Influencer Marketing space well enough to prospect credibly and know when to loop in strategy. What You Bring:Demonstrated track record of closing large enterprise deals, $500K+ in annual contract valueExperience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across marketing, ecommerce, and executive functions, without needing to own the strategic pitch personallyExperience selling into marketing or ecommerce departments at large enterprise companies; experience selling into large retailers is a strong plusProven ability to source your own opportunities through outbound prospecting: cold outreach, industry events, LinkedIn, and relationship-based sellingSelf-starter who doesn't rely solely on inbound leads, and is resilient and persistent about opening new doorsGeneral familiarity with the digital marketing space, enough to prospect credibly and hold an intelligent first conversation; deep strategic expertise isn't required, since that lives with our strategy and account management teamsSalesforce required; HubSpot an advantageAI fluency, including using AI tools to work smarter in prospecting, research, and pipeline managementProficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPointGenuine comfort handing off the strategic narrative to internal experts, and strong ability to coordinate across strategy, account management, and delivery teams in a fully remote environmentSkilled at reading a room well enough to know when to bring in an expert, and disciplined enough to prep that expert properly beforehandMinimum Qualifications:5+ years of digital marketing or marketing services sales experienceDemonstrated experience closing enterprise deals of $500K+ ACVExperience selling into marketing and/or ecommerce departments at large enterprise or retail brandsProven track record of outbound pipeline generationSalesforce required; HubSpot an advantageA genuine interest in AI tools, including hands-on experience integrating AI into your workMust be based in the US, UK, Germany.Ability to travel when and where requiredWhat Success Looks Like:By 3 Months You're fully up to speed on Acceleration Partners' value proposition, services, and sales process, and on how the handoff to strategy and account management works. You've built an active outbound pipeline, are engaging multiple enterprise prospects, and know when and how to bring in the strategy team.By 1 Year You've closed multiple enterprise deals. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
